After graduating from San Jose State University, she started her real estate career. She has been a top producing agent since 1987. Her first year in the business she was honored with Rookie of the Year and has continued to accumulate top producing and top listing awards. Tracy is a Certified Residential Specialist and a GRI Graduate. These designations are earned by selling millions of dollars of real estate, graduating from national listing and sales courses and subscribing to a strict code of ethical conduct.
